| |  hey thanks for tuning into the the absolutepunk chat. there were so many questions and i was trying to answer as many as i could but obviously ended up missing a bunch. sorry about that. i've since seen a lot of questions regarding the new album. so here's where we're at. i was writing a lot of songs around the new year. songs that i was really liking. and every song i would write, i was beating the songs i wrote previous. then we had to go out on tour and we've been either performing, or rehearsing all the old songs for the past few months and i haven't had as much time to get into writing for the new album. the good thing is i do have a lot of ideas for songs and although i can't sit and write them out completely, i'm really excited about them. i'm still coming up with new songs and ideas that are beating the songs i've written recently so i figure as long as i'm getting better and better i might as well keep on writing until i can't write anything else that's very good. because i'd rather put out a great record later than a crappy record sooner. thank you for everyone's patience and i promise you we're doing our best to make the greatest thing we can possibly make at this time in our lives. we'll see ya soon!

Siamo andati in tour e ho avuto poco tempo per scrvere nuovi brani. ma la buona notizia è che ho tante idee per le canzoni e anche se non posso sedermi e scriverle, sono davvero entusiasta. ringrazio tutti per la pazienza e vi prometto che stiamo facendo del nostro meglio per rendere la cosa più grande che possiamo eventualmente fare in questo momento nella nostra vita. things are going very well with us right now. still writing and recording demos. we've got a bunch of great ideas and we're in the process of putting all these ideas into complete songs. the most important and exciting, but also somewhat time consuming, is trying to find a producer we think will fit this record perfectly. we have a long list of people that we're meeting and hope to finally pick someone soon. as soon as we do i'll let you all know. thanks deryck sum41
So the new album is done! We are now going to be concentrating on getting it released in the next few months. In the next week or so we will also be posting little bits of every song from the new album so keep checking back. We are also talking about video ideas right now for our first single. So stuff is rolling along and we can't wait for everyone to hear the new stuff! 
So the Mixing is now done on the new album. 11 songs were mixed by Eric Ratz (Billy Talent, Die Mannequin, Cancer Bats Ect.) and 1 song was mixed by Deryck Whibley. Now today we have started to get it Mastered. Mastering started today at Metal Works by Scott Lake who also Mastered our last album too. This should be done real soon and we will post a little preview of some new songs when it is!
